On May 24th, 2025, the Grand Ballroom at The Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay was transformed into a Grecian paradise for Lauren & Yianni’s wedding—and yes, it was just as breathtaking as it sounds. With soft white florals, trailing bougainvilleas, golden accents, and pops of Santorini blue, every single detail was flawlessly curated by one of Tampa Bay’s most sought-after wedding planners, Natalia Day of Days Remembered by ND. We were so honored to be part of this love-filled celebration. When you mix meaningful traditions with modern luxury and an A+ vendor team, the result is nothing short of unforgettable.
The Studio Photobooth That Blended in Beautifully
For this stunning celebration, we brought our signature Studio Photobooth Experience, known for its editorial lighting, high-resolution DSLR camera, and elevated design that never clashes with wedding décor. In fact, we’re known for blending in so seamlessly that guests often think we’re part of the original design plan—and at this wedding, we truly were. The couple chose our Golden Palms Backdrop, an elegant 8x8ft stunner that added a subtle shimmer and perfectly complemented the Grecian theme. Guests lined up all night to take their photos, strike a pose, and create memories that felt just as glamorous as the venue around them. Each session came with unlimited high-quality prints, a personalized photo template that matched the wedding’s Santorini-style aesthetic, and instant digital copies so guests could share the fun right away. Plus, we captured digital animated GIFs that were sent instantly—because the memories shouldn’t wait until after the honeymoon.
A Premium Wedding Photo Guestbook of Memories
One of the most meaningful parts of the evening was the couple’s custom Photo Guestbook. For every photobooth session, we printed an extra copy that guests added to a beautiful keepsake album curated just for Lauren & Yianni. With metallic markers and thoughtful notes from loved ones, the book became more than just a memory—it became a treasure. This modern guestbook gave guests a fun way to contribute to the evening while giving the newlyweds a gift they’ll revisit for years to come. Our team brought everything needed—from the signing table to signage to the glam markers—so all guests had to do was smile, slip in the photo print, and sign a message.

Working alongside some of the top wedding vendors in the Greater Tampa Bay Area was the cherry on top. Everyone brought their A-game, and the results were pure wedding magic. The celebration was planned to perfection by Natalia Day of Days Remembered by ND, and held at the iconic Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay, a venue that’s known for combining natural coastal beauty with luxury ballroom elegance. The couple danced the night away to beats by GHA Mobile DJs, with DJ James King keeping the energy high. LaBif Filmhouse captured the motion while Cannonfire Photo preserved the stills, and Events in Bloom filled the room with cascading florals that made you feel like you were walking through a Grecian garden. From the decadent cake by Sweet Divas Cakery to the sparkly cold sparks from TBDJCo, every moment was a feast for the senses.

Most frequently asked Questions and Answers
Fill out our inquiry form to check our availability for your event. We will respond within 24 hours M-Th.
We are typically away from the office Friday-Sunday while we are onsite working at events.
Book Now
When do you set up the booth ?
We typically arrive 1 hour to 1.5 hours before the event start time. This allows us time to arrive, set up, test and freshen up before the event starts.
Can you set up in the middle of an event ?
Starting in 2024, we are requiring that all our clients book for the entire duration of their inquired event. The reason is mainly for safety as guests tend to walk around our equipment during set up & ask questions while around the area we need completely cleared. It looks more professional & provides a better event experience when guests know they can access our service during the duration of your event. *If your party moves to another room, leaving us the ability to set up/break down-that would be an exception.
Expect to provide 10ft by 10ft space for our Photobooth service. You want to leave guests room to move around safely. Our Backdrops are 8x8ft and require a roof of at least 8ft tall to fit.
How do I access the photos & videos ?
A Zip File of all PhotoBooth captures are sent via email for easy drag and drop downloading. During an event, guests can receive captures via text, airdrop or download them from the live event gallery.
What is a live event gallery ?
One of the incredible features of our Photobooth technology is the Live Gallery – a gallery that showcases all captures and updates in real-time throughout your event. The Live Gallery allows you, the client, and your guests- to view, download, and share their captures.
Can the Booth be set up outside ?
No, we do not. We require protection from the sun, heat, rain and wind. Direct heat can overheat our equipment and over-expose your images. At night the bugs are instantly attracted to our LED screen & oval ring light. Rain is a big no with electrical equipment, which is why we require complete indoor protection.
Is there a payment requirement to reserve the booking?
Yes, we require 50% down and signed electronic contract via email.
