Fill out our enquiry form with your event date, venue, and details. We serve corporate events across Tampa Bay including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota, and surrounding areas. We typically respond within 24 hours Monday–Thursday and are away from the office Friday–Sunday while onsite at events.

We require a 50% retainer and a signed electronic contract to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event. Once booked we'll send a questionnaire to gather all the details needed to design your custom experience — sent 1–2 months before your event so there's plenty of time to get everything right.

Yes — everything is custom designed around your brand. The print template, display screen, digital gallery link, and even the text guests receive can all feature your logo, brand colours, campaign messaging, or event name. We send designs for your approval before the event so there's plenty of time to make any changes.

Absolutely — we regularly work at conferences, galas, award ceremonies, brand activations, and large-scale corporate events across Tampa Bay. Our Headshot Lounge is specifically designed for high-volume environments where speed and professionalism are equally important. We typically arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before your event start time. Setup takes 45–60 minutes and breakdown around 30 minutes. Both are fully handled by our team — your event coordinator won't need to lift a finger.

We are an indoor-only service. Heat, humidity, sun exposure, and wind in the Tampa Bay area are hazardous for our professional equipment and affect image and print quality. All setups require an indoor, climate-controlled environment — this is what guarantees the studio-quality results we're known for.

We need approximately 10ft x 10ft of clear floor space with a ceiling height of at least 8ft, and access to a standard power outlet within 20–25ft. We'll always confirm exact space and power requirements with your venue or event team in advance.

Guests receive instant premium prints on the spot — in hand in 15 seconds. Digital copies are available via text or AirDrop instantly, or via the live event gallery which updates in real time throughout the night. After the event, a full zip file of all captures is sent via email for easy downloading and post-event marketing use.

Yes — optional lead capture can be built into certain activations, allowing you to collect emails, phone numbers, and audience insights as part of the guest experience.
