We recommend approximately 10ft x 10ft of clear space so guests can move safely and the setup has room to function properly. Final requirements may vary depending on the scale and type of activation.
We are an indoor-only service. Heat, humidity, sun exposure, and wind in the Tampa Bay area are hazardous for our professional equipment and affect image quality. All setups require an indoor, climate-controlled environment.
We require a 50% retainer and a signed electronic contract to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event. Fill out our enquiry form and we'll be in touch within 24 hours Monday–Thursday.
