How do I check availability for my wedding date?

Fill out our enquiry form with your date, venue, and event details. We serve weddings across Tampa Bay including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota, and surrounding areas. We typically respond within 24 hours Monday–Thursday and are usually away from the office Friday–Sunday while onsite at events.

What is required to secure our wedding date?

We require a 50% retainer and a signed electronic contract to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding. Once booked, we'll send a detailed questionnaire 1–2 months before your day to gather everything we need to design your custom experience.

Which booth experience is best for weddings?

All three of our wedding experiences are designed for elevated events — the Studio Glam Booth for timeless black and white portraits, the Classic Print Booth for vibrant colour keepsakes, and the Spotlight Booth for bold, cinematic imagery. When do you set up the booth?

We typically arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before your event start time. This gives us plenty of time to set up, test everything, and be fully ready before your guests arrive — no stress on your wedding day.

Can the booth be set up outside?

We are an indoor-only service. Heat, humidity, sun exposure, and wind in the Tampa Bay area are hazardous for our professional equipment and affect print and image quality. All setups are designed for indoor, climate-controlled environments — this is what guarantees the flawless, studio-quality results we're known for.

How much space is required at our venue?

We need approximately 10ft x 10ft of clear floor space with a ceiling height of at least 8ft. We also need to be within 20–25ft of a standard power outlet. We'll always confirm space and power requirements with your venue coordinator in advance so everything runs seamlessly on the day.

How long does setup and breakdown take?

Setup typically takes 45–60 minutes and breakdown around 30 minutes. Both are fully handled by our team — your venue coordinator or wedding planner won't need to lift a finger.

Can we customise the print design for our wedding?

Absolutely — every booking includes a fully custom print template designed around your wedding. Whether that's your monogram, wedding colours, or a design that matches your stationery, we handle everything and send it for your approval before the day. No generic templates — every detail is yours.

How do guests receive their photos?

Guests receive instant premium prints on the spot — in hand in 15 seconds. Digital copies can be received via text or AirDrop instantly, or downloaded from the live event gallery which updates in real time throughout the night. After the event, a full zip file of all captures is sent via email for easy downloading.
