As well as photos, guests can record short cinematic video clips and reels complete with spotlight effects — think dramatic lighting, Hollywood-style framing, and instant digital delivery. They're perfect for sharing directly to Instagram or TikTok right from the event.

We require a 50% retainer and a signed electronic contract to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event date.

We typically arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before your event start time. This gives us time to set up, test everything, and be fully ready before your guests arrive — no rushing, no stress.

We are an indoor-only service. The cinematic spotlight lighting requires a controlled environment to perform at its best — heat, humidity, and wind in the Tampa Bay area are hazardous for our professional equipment and would affect the dramatic lighting effect the Spotlight Booth is known for.

We need approximately 10ft x 10ft of clear floor space with a ceiling height of at least 8ft. We'll always confirm space requirements with your venue in advance so everything runs smoothly on the day.

Guests receive instant premium prints on the spot. Digital copies of both photos and video clips can be received via text or AirDrop instantly, or downloaded from the live event gallery. After the event, a full zip file of all captures is sent via email.

Yes! We serve the wider Tampa Bay area including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakeland, and surrounding areas. The Spotlight Booth is perfect for chic downtown venues, waterfront estates, and glamorous ballrooms across the region. Travel fees may apply for events outside of our standard service area.
