How do I check availability for my date?

Fill out our enquiry form to check availability for your event across Tampa Bay, including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota, and surrounding areas. We typically respond within 24 hours Monday–Thursday. We are usually away from the office Friday–Sunday while onsite at events.

What is required to secure our date?
+

We require a 50% retainer and a signed electronic contract to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event date. Once booked, we'll send a questionnaire to gather all the details we need to design your custom experience — sent 1–2 months before your event.

When do you set up the booth?
+

We typically arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before your event start time. This gives us time to set up, test everything, and be fully ready before your guests arrive — no rushing, no stress on your end.

Can you set up in the middle of an event?
+

We require booking for the full duration of the event. Setting up mid-event is a safety concern — guests tend to walk around our equipment during setup and it affects the overall guest experience. If your event moves to a different room part way through, that's an exception we can discuss.

Can the booth be set up outside?

We are an indoor-only service. Heat, humidity, direct sun, rain, and wind in the Tampa Bay area are all hazardous for our professional equipment and affect image and print quality. All setups require an indoor, climate-controlled environment — this is what guarantees the studio-quality results we're known for.

How much space is required?

We need approximately 10ft x 10ft of clear floor space with a ceiling height of at least 8ft. Our backdrops are 8x8ft. We also need to be within 20–25ft of a standard 3-prong power outlet so we can safely tape down wires. We'll always confirm space and power requirements with your venue in advance.

How long does setup and breakdown take?

Setup typically takes 45–60 minutes and breakdown around 30 minutes. Both are fully handled by our team — your venue coordinator won't need to lift a finger.

How do guests receive their photos?
+

Guests receive instant premium prints on the spot — in hand in 15 seconds. Digital copies can be received via text or AirDrop instantly, or downloaded from the live event gallery which updates in real time throughout the night. After the event, a full zip file of all captures is sent via email for easy downloading.

What is the live event gallery?

The live event gallery is a real-time gallery that showcases every capture as it happens throughout your event. You, your guests, and your team can view, download, and share images instantly — no waiting until after the event. It's accessible via a link or QR code on the night.

Can we customise the print design and display screen?

Absolutely — everything is custom designed around your event. The print template, the display screen, the digital gallery link, and even the text guests receive can all be personalised with your logo, brand colours, event name, or theme. We send designs for your approval before the event so there's plenty of time to make any changes.

Can the experience be branded for corporate events?

Yes — our corporate and brand activation experiences are fully customisable. From logos and brand colours on every print to custom digital backdrops via our Green Screen Experience, we ensure every touchpoint reflects your brand. Every shared photo acts as organic brand exposure long after the event ends.

Do you travel outside of Tampa?

Yes! We serve all of Tampa Bay and surrounding areas including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakeland, Pinellas, Pasco, Trinity, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, and more. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area — get in touch and we'll confirm for your location.
