How do I book? Fill out our inquiry form to check our availability. We respond within 24 hours Mon–Thu. We are typically away from the office Friday–Sunday while working at events.
What time do you arrive? We typically arrive 1–1.5 hours before the event start time to set up, test, and freshen up before guests arrive.
Do you require the full event duration? Starting in 2024, we require all clients book for the entire duration of their event. This ensures guest safety during setup and a better overall experience.
How much space is needed? Expect to provide a 10×10ft space. Our backdrops are 8×8ft and require a ceiling of at least 8ft tall.
How do guests receive their photos? Guests can receive captures via text, Airdrop, or download from the live event gallery. A full ZIP file is emailed to the client after the event.
What is the Live Gallery? Our Live Gallery updates in real-time throughout your event — guests and clients can view, download, and share all captures instantly.
Can you set up outdoors? We require protection from sun, heat, rain, and wind. Direct heat can overheat equipment; rain is an absolute no — complete overhead cover is required.
Is a deposit required? Yes — 50% down plus a signed electronic contract via email is required to secure your date.
